Zelle® Service Disruption

Why can’t I use Zelle® in the Neighborhood Trust Federal Credit Union app and online banking anymore?

Neighborhood Trust FCU is making updates to its mobile app and online banking, and Zelle® will be temporarily unavailable while the updates are taking place. Beginning July 2026, you must re-enroll with Zelle® through Neighborhood Trust FCU in order to use Zelle® from the Neighborhood Trust FCU app and online banking.

When will I be able to access Zelle® again from the Neighborhood Trust FCU app and online banking?

We estimate that our mobile app and online banking enhancements will be complete on July 2026 and you can re-enroll with Zelle® through the Neighborhood Trust FCU app. We’ll send our members an email with an update once our enhancements are complete.

Do I need to do anything to regain access to Zelle® within the Neighborhood Trust FCU app and online banking after the enhancements are complete?

Yes. Once the enhancements are complete on July 2026, you’ll need to re-enroll with Zelle® through the Neighborhood Trust FCU app.

What happens if I don’t do anything?

You’ll no longer be able to use Zelle® from the Neighborhood Trust FCU app and online banking while Neighborhood Trust FCU makes updates.  Beginning in July 2026, you must re-enroll with Zelle® through Neighborhood Trust FCU in order to use Zelle® from the Neighborhood Trust FCU app and online banking.
