Technology Upgrades

Dear members,

Big changes are coming June 1 at Neighborhood Trust Federal Credit Union!  We will be upgrading our core banking system to bring you the best service and latest secure technology.  The upgrade will take place between May 31,2026 and June 2,2026.

Why is this important to YOU?
We are upgrading the computer systems that power your accounts and services. This upgrade will provide a more secure, reliable, and modern banking experience. It will support faster transactions and improve services such as Debit Cards, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking. As part of this upgrade, we will also be introducing a new online and mobile banking platform designed to give you better access to your accounts and enhanced features.

What can YOU expect?  During the conversion, our online banking and bill pay system will be offline for installation and training.  If you use online banking, you will be logging into a new platform with a new username and password after June 3,2026.  We will provide detailed instructions closer to that date.   We will keep you informed throughout the entire process via direct mail, branch notices and regular updates at NeighborhoodTrustFCU.org/upgrade

What can you do to help us prepare?
Please ensure that your contact information is up to date.

We will be migrating all current data over to the new system.
Do we have your most recent Address, Phone, Email, and Beneficiary contact information?  If anything has changed, please send us a secure message from your online banking or visit us in person, so we can update your member information.
